Illinois High Court Strikes Down Internet Restrictions for Those on Supervision

The Illinois Supreme Court, in a ruling filed today (11-21-2019), found unconstitutional the state’s blanket internet restrictions for those on supervision.

It is another victory in the war against horrible laws cooked up by grandstanding politicians that protect no one and do harm to many. Read the full opinion here.
