The registration of sex offenders is based on the Supreme Court statement that “The recidivism of sex offenders his high and frightening.” The problem is that every study has shown the recidivism of sex offenders is low! The only group of criminal with a lower rate of recidivism are murderers. So it is time to revoke all these laws based on the false premise.
